Equipped with a long handle and designed with vented intersections to prevent blotching, our fire heated cattle branders are made thick, strong and durable. Simply heat up the branding head and you’re ready to start branding your livestock. Our staff works with you to get the design you want so you can be assured you are getting a brander that will leave the right mark for many years to come.

- Custom designed to your specifications
- Made of rust resistant, non-corrosive 1" cast copper alloy (depending on design complexity we may need to instead quote for a stainless steel brand)
- 1/4″ flat marking face of all lines or letters
- Equipped with a heavy-duty, one-half inch thick steel handle
- Handle extends 32″ in length for ease of use in fire or heater
- Can also be used for freeze branding
NOTE: Copper alloy branders have a lower melting point than steel brands. Caution should be used as to not overheat the irons.
**Please note: that there will be gaps added to the artwork during manufacturing where lines intersect. The purpose of these gaps is to alleviate excessive heat build up which helps prevent blotching.**
