We absolutely LOVE these handmade wall sconces!    These were found with European sockets, so we converted to take North American candelabra base sockets and snap-on shade holders.   Having always been fans of British designer W.A.S. Benson, we thought these had many similarities to his work and used his polished brass and copper aesthetic as our inspiration for the restoration.    These have incredible hand hammered backplates and the front "handle" with deeply hammered detailing.    

We've paired this with Tiffany style art lily shaped art glass with a iridescent peacock blue finish.   Beautifully made shades, but reproduction.    The small diameter requires candelabra base bulbs. 

 These sconces do not fit a modern junction box without some adaptation, and simply screw to the wall with provided screws.   Ask if you need to attach to a junction box.
